In 2020, I went vegan and started juicing—and something amazing happened. I healed my torn ACL naturally, without prescriptions or surgery—just plants. The experience completely changed my life and showed me the incredible healing power of nature. Inspired by my own journey, I created The Juice Jam to share these same nourishing, cold-pressed juices with others looking to feel better, heal, and thrive from the inside out.
